Flowering times range from mid-December to the end of April

though are seasonal so timing can vary depending on mother nature.

Located 55 mins from Fernvale or perhaps approximately 45 mins from Ipswich these farms of sunflowers are just to die for.  These are Summer / Autumn flowering crops only as the farms is classified as a 'dry' farm which means they do not run irrigators they rely on the wet season in the lead-up to summer for their sunflowers to bloom as desired.  So be quick and book in advance for this one anywhere from Jan to April is the prime time to get a look at these beauties.

 

Note: Kalbar is only open when the festival is on and K n J is employed by them.
